Emily Walker

Director of LEARN / Whole School SEND Regional LEAD

Emily Walker has over 20 years of experience in education, holding both teaching and leadership roles in mainstream and special schools. Since 2018, she has been the Director of LEARN SEND Hub, and serves as the Regional Lead for EMSYH for Whole School SEND. Emily regularly speaks at conferences on SEND and is passionate about supporting all pupils to reach their full potential.
Sarah Robertson

Deputy Director of LEARN / ECT Lead

Sarah has worked in education for the last 16 years in a number of different roles and settings. She has previously worked in primary and secondary settings as a teacher.

Jacqui Fulcher

SEND Lead Practitioner

Jacqui has worked in education for 23 years, having taught in a mixture of mainstream primary schools in various locations and roles, from teaching assistant to teacher through to Deputy Head.
Jane Starbuck

SEND Lead Practitioner

Jane Starbuck is a SEND Lead Practitioner and Strategic Lead for School Support and Growth at Community Inclusive Trust (CIT). She works with schools in a development capacity and will also be leading on creating a coordinated and consistent approach to growing the MAT.
Alison Redfern

SEND Lead Practitioner

Alison Redfern has dedicated her career to special educational needs, gaining experience in Post-16 settings, mainstream secondary schools, and special schools. She has taught across the four key stages, with a particular focus on Key Stage 4 and GCSE teaching.

Emma Brewer

Finance Manager & HR

Joining us in 2022, from a role in her family business as Finance Manager, Emma now drives the financial and HR administration departments part-time.
Kelly Walker

Project Manager

Kelly has recently joined LEARN SEND Hub as our Project Manager, bringing a background in marketing and media, where she specialised in organising written reviews and video content.
Rebecca Sanger-Davies

Office Manager

Rebecca, our newest addition to the LEARN SEND Hub team, brings over 30 years of experience in Administration to her role as Office Manager. Her background spans across various sectors, including Global Businesses, Education, Military, and Charities.
