NPQs
National Professional Qualifications
Reform suites were created to allow teachers and leaders to develop individual knowledge, school leadership skills and specialist areas of teaching practice skills.
Participants are supported through Scholarship funding should they wish to access these reformed suites.
Reforms include:
- Restructuring the existing NPQs in executive / senior leadership and headship
- Replacement of the current middle leadership NPQ with three new NPQs for leaders and teachers who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in specialist areas of teaching practice.
