LEARN are partnering with BeReady, to support their SEND Teaching Assistant apprenticeship course with masterclasses on SEND.

Established in 2015, BeReady is a dedicated skills partner to some of the largest names across multiple sectors. Regardless of client size or industry, the objective of their programmes is to upskill staff; enhancing their performance and motivations. This in turn enables employers to improve their recruitment, retention and results.

The BeReady SEND Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship is designed to increase knowledge and skills in this area and provide a positive impact to learning outcomes for these pupils.

With SEND responsibility becoming an ever-increasing part of the Teaching Assistant role, this programme leads both to the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship (Level 3) qualification and development of key SEND skill sets.
